EFT is one of the most efficient and effective forms of healing in practice today. It is part of the burgeoning field of what is called 'Energy Psychology'. In simplest terms, EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture except that we don't use needles. Instead, we tap with the fingertips on certain meridian points while the client is "tuned in" to the problem. The subtle energies that circulate throughout the body have been largely ignored (until recently) by western scientists. As a result, our use of them for emotional and spiritual healing has been sparse at best. With EFT, however, we consider these subtle energies to be the front running cause of emotional upsets. As a result, we generate results that are frequently far beyond those of conventional methods of psychotherapy.
EFT is especially useful to get relief and resolution - often permanent and complete - for fears, phobias, anxieties, traumatic memories, guilt, grief, sadness and depression. Further, EFT often provides relief for a very wide range of physical symptoms. For more information on actual case histories using EFT, go to www.emofree.com
Even though EFT violates just about every conventional belief out there, the results remain remarkable. EFT isn't perfect, of course. We don't get 100%. But it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing else will.
As a bonus for busy moms, EFT can be learned as a self-help technique and utilized for yourself, by yourself, as needed, in the privacy of your own home. Children also respond well to EFT.
